Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes — every file tool is free, with no account, no watermark and no daily limit. A Pro plan only unlocks the deep AI research and HD background removal that cost real money to run.
- Do my files get uploaded?
- No. Your PDFs and images are processed inside your browser and never leave your device — there is no server to send them to. Open your browser’s network tab and watch: nothing goes out.
- Is there a file size limit?
- Only your device’s memory. There’s no artificial cap — a 200 MB PDF works the same as a 2 MB one, it just takes a moment longer to read.
- Do I need to sign up?
- No. Open a tool, drop a file, download the result. The only reason an account will ever exist is Pro billing.
- What can I do if a tool fails?
- Every tool tells you what went wrong and lets you retry — a corrupt PDF or an unsupported format is named, not swallowed. Nothing is uploaded, so you can also just close the tab and your files are gone.
